POLICIES:

Running a sustainable business is a balancing act. I want to be flexible in scheduling so it’s easy for you to receive massage or any treatments. And I want to be sure my schedule is consistent so I earn a reliable living wage. Cancellations can wreck havoc in any small business, especially if they happen last minute where I am unable to fill the appt spot.

Cancellations and Reschedules

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do as soon as possible. More time allows me to offer that appointment to another client, so I really appreciate whatever you can do. 

  • Cancellations prior to the day of the appt have No cancel fee. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24hrs in advance.

  • Cancellations on the same-day of the appt, for any reason, will be charged or invoiced 50% of the session fee. You can, however, transfer your appointment to another person to send in your place. Please notify me if you do so that I can expect them!

  • If you cancel within 2hrs of your appointment or do not show, you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee.

Due to the extremely limited amount of space for Classes and Workshops, I am unable to refund or credit the workshop fee if you decide not to attend. You can, however, transfer your registration to another person. Please notify me if you do so that I can expect them!

No-shows

Should you forget or consciously choose to miss your appointment you will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment price. You will be invoiced via email or charged with your credit card on file (if invoiced, this amount must be paid within 1 week or incur a 10% late fee)

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. You will still be charged the full amount of the scheduled session. Lateness can often negatively impact the person who has an appt after you or my preparation for the next appt. Please plan on arriving 10mins prior to your appt I=for your intake and to receive your full time in the session.

Please plan accordingly, especially if it is your first time to my office.
