Here’s what you need to know about me

I’ve been a full-time massage and manual therapist since 2007 and have trained extensively in various movement therapies and modalities. My focus is on both nervous-system based bodywork and clinical “rehab” and orthopedic massage and bodywork.

I especially LOVE to work with women over 40 to help them move pain-free, recover faster, and relieve anxiety and depression.

Lower extremity bodywork is my jam! Plantar fasciitis, Knee pain (and post-replacement), hamstring and quad pain.

I also work for (and have worked for) multiple bodywork education companies which has given me a wide breadth of knowledge in this field. I consider myself a life-long learner and student of this profession.

My expertise is also to introduce self-care options that fit into my clients’ lifestyles well beyond the “do this stretch” recommendations that are often given elsewhere.

I am also passionate about working with other women as we navigate the chaos of the changes of life. It truly affects our whole bodies (from sleep issues, anxiety, connective tissue dehydration, digestion turmoil, etc) My focus on all that I do is to help your body function better on it’s own. I just supply the tools. Sometimes that tool is my hands, sometimes it’s through MELT, Stretch sessions, or self-care education in my Workshops.

Would love to work with you!

-Rebecca
