Rossiter System
The Rossiter System is a series of powerful and effective techniques for addressing structural pain and mobility restrictions. It quickly and effectively removes pain at its source, and restores mobility in the body. Better movement equals better athletic performance, whether you are walking to the fridge or running a marathon.
What we do is different because results are quick, profound and life-changing. There are no medications, no splints, no injections and no risky surgery.

What is a Rossiter session like?
After your initial consult, a Rossiter appointment takes about 30 minutes. The Rossiter Coach uses their foot to strategically anchor key points on your body then guides you through a series of slow, directed movements. Techniques can be intense, but you are fully in charge of the intensity. The sessions are about results, not about a specific time. It's highly likely that you will experience results in the first appointment, and continued sessions will create longer lasting effects.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear something comfortable and easy to move in, such as athletic wear, and water if you would like. Cash or check preferred for payment, though we can also accept cards.
How many sessions will I need? How often?
We create a specialized treatment plan for your specific issue, so the number of sessions you need will vary. Many issues can be resolved in 3-4 sessions, and then simply maintenance sessions. Less entrenched problems can see tremendous relief with one session a week.
Chronic or more complicated problems may take longer and require 2 or 3 visits per week for optimal, lasting results. If the movement patterns that created the pain don't change, ongoing maintenance may be required. Compared to the time and expense of surgery and physical therapy, you will be amazed what we can accomplish together in a few weeks.
